Beginner Project

I've worked on a lot over the years; on my second
collaborative project my brother covered the programming of terrain and systems, whilst I was in charge of the visuals and design. We were about 16 at the time, and we talked about this game all day long. We started a game before, and decided to go further into more ambitious projects. There were going to be trading systems, modular vehicles and even nested claims to give people rent privileges without risk. The clothing has 3 layers that all fit together without clipping beginning with shirts, jackets and armor. There were going to be belts and pockets that the clothing used to store objects, otherwise there would just be a few slots.

Sadly, my brother and I burned out on this one because the scale was too large to do at once, it would take way too many years to get a result. We canned this, however we learned a lot and I'm proud to say I have very much progressed in terms of handling all outcomes, and am willing to sacrifice my time and passion for projects that I love! I also learned about ideas and what ones are the most useful in the moment or are not needed.

And yes! Even mechanical and electrical systems with real logic! These would have also been on a seperate dimensional plane, to allow for some pretty cool vehicles. This is a small part of the game showcased, however it covers some of the major aspects.
Animation and the process
I am no expert drawer, however I understand motion and how it should interact in real life. I'm happy to learn whatever else I need to get a project done. These four are the hand drawn animations I completed in hand drawn animation class. I actually completed these very quickly right before the deadline, I think it turned out pretty good.

Recent Projects

This current project is far more reigned in and focused more on working with the engines and learning every part of game development. I started with the models, since I love making models and animating them, then moved into procedurally generated flora and map generation. At this point in time I'm moving into unreal engine and implimenting base mechanics and the procedurally generated areas.
